“Yeah, I’m a great kisser,” the 16-year-old pop star said on San Diego-based radio show Johnjay & Rich May 14, adding that he’s done the deed (made out) with, “a couple chicks here and there” but “not in [his new] Range Rover yet.”

But being Justin Bieber means that heÂ’ll never be under-the-radar enough to indulge in any late-night high school make out sessions, right?

Not so! “I mean, if you’re driving and you make a little stop at the Wal-Mart, you’re good to go,” the Biebster announced.
