Oli kiva purkaa parikyt kelloo tosta lootasta, muut kellot tosin jäi hieman vähemmälle huomiolle ku se oma löyty sieltä seasta :P

Ennen inttiin lähtöä (12.7.2010) ois tavotteena juosta Coopperin testissä 3200m.

2600m / 3200m -- 19.7.2009


Ja sitten intin loppuun mennessä ois makia ku nousis penkistä 160kg, eli (toivon mukaan) 2 x oma paino sitte.

80kg (5 toistoa) / 120kg -- 15.7.2009
90kg (3 toistoa) -- 27.7.2009

Jep jep, D&G lasit hain tänää postista, Jenkeistä tilailin tos viime kuun 29 pv.

Ja tännää oli vähä lähellä toi inttii lähtö.
Muistin vihdoin, että pitää se lykkäys tehä vielä nii soittelin sinne, että mitenkä onnistuu, sano, että pitää hakee koululta todistus, että jatkaa vielä ens vuonna.
No ajelin sitte koululle...
Koulun ovessa lappu tyyliin "Olemme kesällä auki 8.00-13.00, mutta nyt poikkeuksellisesti viikot 28 ja 29 kiinni." (tämä ja seuraava viikko), tuli vähä semmonen FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-olo...
No ajelin sitte sinne esikuntaan täyttämään lykkäyshakemuksen, taiteilin semmosen melkeen A4-paperillisen romaanin sinne paperin kääntöpuolelle ja pistin menemään.
Sitte vähä ennen neljää soittelin sinne ja sain kuulla, että lykkäys meni läpi ilman sitä todistusta. Wiii!
