Hirmu huonossa kunnossa(no ok, vanha asunto/talo), olis vaatinu ihan täys remontin kyllä...
Lattiat ovi-, ikkuna-, ja jalkalistat kaikki uusiks, seinien reiät umpee jne.jne.jne...

Ei ollu ihan pyydetyn hinnan arvoinen, suhteellisen pieni ollakseen neliö..
Kylpyyhuoneessa mahtui just ja just kääntyy, olohuone ja makuuhuone paljon pienemmät kuin nyt...

ei voi muuta ku laittaa kesäloma rahat ikeaan, ja tehdä nykyiselle muodon muutos, pyytää remontti lupaa(esim. tapetit tms.) ja olla tyytyväinen suhtkoht halpaan omaan...
Vois vaihdella järjestystä sun muuta...

Olemme vaan todella pettyneitä, odotimme jotain upeeta...
ikävä juttu... :(

Kuulkaas lapsukaiset....

Nyt on sellainen juttu kuulkaas että meidän pieni perheen puolikas ottaa ja muuttaa....

meillä on mahdollisuus saada markon duunipaikan kautta 4h+keittiö+parveke 1.kerroksesta kerrostaloa...: D

se olis sellainen melkee 90neliöö, en nyt muista iha tarkkaa, oliskos ollu 86 neliötä...

Mutta se matka.....huh huh.....
