Mindfullness is first of all the energy to have you regonize the conditions of happiness. Anyone can be happy, why not, right here right now. So who is going to do that, in our daily life? The answer is: You have to do that! You are the one who has to be that. You remind yourself you have enough conditions to be happy right now. And you remind the person next to you, and person who is next to her. That is the purpose of mindfullness.
