And how do you know they don't give a shit? Even if it was only the cd-company that gets angry, I'm sure it will affect the band indirectly. Bands have stopped visiting some countries because fans didn't respect rules or have been rude in other ways. Obeying a rule this simple isn't THAT hard! Rules are usually made for a reason.
