Why should we be fit?
Getting regular exercise and keeping your body fit helps lower your risk of chronic problems, like heart disease, cancer, and type 2 diabetes. But what about the chronic problems that do show up? Across the board, physical activity and maintaining fitness usually helps.
Why is it important to keep fit and healthy?

If you're eating the right food and keeping fit, your body will be strong and help you to cope with stress and also fight illness. Eating well and exercising often when you're a teenager will also help you stay in good health later in life.
