Perehdyttyäsi kannustava ohjaussuhde- ja työpaikka oppimisympäristönä – osioon arvioi ja pohdi työpaikkaohjaajsi toimintaa oman työssäoppimisesi ohjaustilanteessa. Tärkeätä on, että teet arvion jostain aidosta, jo tapahtuneesta ohjaustilanteesta.

Oman ohjaustilanteen arviointi sisältää omaan kokemukseen soveltuen seuraavat kohdat:

1. Ohjaustilanteen lyhyt kuvaus

* missä tapahtui (työpaikka, tila, koulutus)?
* millaiseen työssäoppimis- tai muuhun tilanteeseen liittyi?
* ohjauksen kesto?
* ohjauksen tavoite?
* mitä muuta haluat kertoa tilanteesta?

2. Työpaikkaohjaajan toiminnan arviointi

* miten hän loi luottamusta?
* miten hän antoi palautetta?
* antoiko hän kriittistä palautetta?
* miten hän motivoi ja kannusti?
* millaisia kysymyksiä hän käytti?
* miten hän onnistui?
* mitä hän olisi voinut tehdä paremmin?

3. Oman toimintasi arviointi oppilaana

* miten toimit?
* miten otit palautetta vastaan?
* annoitko palautetta, millaista?
* mitä opit ohjauksessa?
* mitä opit omasta toiminnastasi/palautteestasi?
