The roots and the foundation of the Sick of You have welled from the passion for music and the will to express oneself. The frustration towards earlier ineffective projects, in which the members have run repetitively towards an electric fence and there hasn’t been room for musical views, have lent wings to the birth and the growth of the band. The Sick of You respects widely the musical genre. The music itself has been influenced by anarchistic 70’s punk rock, California, Seattle grunge without forgetting fine elements of today’s pop and rock music. To be different isn’t an end in itself; to refine the own sound to the utmost is. The heart – and the soul. The Sick of You welcomes everyone to the “SOY” community.
