Topaz sunshine,
blazing scarlet as it sets
I realise what my life's become
I dream of setting myself free,
I yearn to just stay put
climbing up that highest tree - but would it do me any good?
Regardless of my actions, will it ever be real
Will living as I want change the way I feel?
Nothing can affect me, no experience nor space
my inner world will never be touched, It's time to learn my place.

Silhouettes of trees, evergreen branches the night has doused black,
the path will pull me on - we have no say, we can't look back
Mankind will run on, pacing out of breath
filling our days with trivial worries, from the day of birth yo death
Are we crafters of our fates, or controlled from up above,
are we simple organic beings, fueled by lust or love?
Could my existance on earth make a difference here?
My life is just a bat of an eyelash, a vain pursuit, year after year.
By the blessed moon I cry - does it matter wheher you are my friend
