A summary of FACTS I made just a few days before the verdict June 14th (<-- in Finland because of the time zone) 2005, for those whose only SO CALLED information origins from the common media who do anything for news.
This is what you find out when you actually look for the information, and don't blindly accept what's given to you on a silver plattern. And no, I don't belong to the group of people who believe what they want to believe. I belong to the group who want to FIND OUT for themselves what DOES HAPPEN.

So, I tried to make it easy for those who wouldn't do that 'cause they're "not interested", but yet have so much to say. You are welcome.


à) In cross-examinations it turned out the accuser was lying.
à) The accuser Gavin Arvizo admitted twice to his school teacher that Michael Jackson didn't do anything to him.
à) No accusers or workers at Neverland ever contacted the authorities even though they claimed to have witnessed suspicious behaviour. In stead several of them sold their stories to tabloids and made tons of money through that.
à) The Arvizo family has accused other people for the same thing as they accused Michael Jackson for. The mother Janet Arvizo has accused her ex-husband and a worker of (some store called) JC Penny for molesting her son and she won a lot of money from that by settling.
à) The accuser Tom Sneddon was really enthusiastic at how Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe was coming to testify since he was sure she would testify against Mr. Jackson. In stead Debbie praised his friend (that was what she called him now) and she told that the interview (Part 2 of the Martin Bashir documentary "the other point of view")
where she talked about her relationship with Michael and their kids, was not scripted, unlike the accusers side claimed. Debbie Rowe said she hadn't seen her kids for two years even though she would have wanted to – she said she blaims the authorities, not Michael. She called Michael a loving father.
à) Rowe did acknowledge she was not completely truthful during the interview in question when it came to her personal business.
à) Accuser's mother Janet Arvizo admitted she had lied under oath in her previous lawsuit.
à) Accuser Gavin Arvizo had told a social worker Michael hadn't done anything inapproate to him.
à) Wade Robson's mother Joy Robson denied seeing anything happen between her son and Jackson. Wade Robson himself also testified the claims that he ever was molested by Mr. Jackson were all false.
à) Another mother Marie Barnes denied that anything inapproate had happened. Her daughter denied the claims that Michael Jackson molested her brother and brands the Arvizo family as liars.
à) Former Neverland worker Francine Conteras testified the Arvizo family was always excited to be at Neverland and denies they were ever held captive at Neverland. If there had been problems they could have left or called 911 at any time.
à) Macaulay Culkin takes the stand. Refutes Prosecution claims that he was molested by Michael Jackson as a child. Again the prosecution had claimed he'd come to witness against Mr.Jackson. Culkin described charges as "ridiculous."Told jurors that Prosecutors didn't even ask him if the allegations were true before presenting them to the court. Stated he had not seen Michael Jackson do anything inappropriate with anyone, including Wade Robson and Brett Barnes. After Culkin describing Michael Jackson as "childlike," Zonen asks if it is childlike to own adult materials, he replies saying that he had ones hidden under his bed when he was 13 or 14 and adds that there is nothing wrong with owning them. (Michael Jackson owns heterosexual adult material…………)
à) Carlos Velasco (a former friend of past Accuser Jason Francia) stated Francia was treated no differently by Michael Jackson than the other children. Testified that he feld un-indicted co-conspirators Ronald Konitzer and Dieter Weisner were stealing money from their employer Michael Jackson.
à) Carol McCoy, a spa worker, testified that she treated Janet Arvizo at her work and that there was no one keeping her held captive as Arvizo had claimed.
à) Orthodontist Jane Seamount and her assistand Tiffany Haynes also stated the family were not held against their will when visiting their work as Arvizo had claimed.
à) Cousin Simone Jackson testifies she saw Gavin and Star Arvizo helping themselves with a bottle of wine.
à) Michael Jackson's 12-year-old cousin, Rijo Jackson, took the stand. Claimed Gavin and Star Arvizo masturbated while watching naked women on TV while he was in the room and asked him to do it as well. Said that he saw the brothers take wine which was delivered to Michael Jackson's room upstairs. Testifies that the brothers stole money from Jesus Salas' office and Angel Vivanco's drawer.
à) Christain Robinson, a videographer, testifies that the interviews he did with Debbie Rowe and the Arvizo family were not scripted.
à) Larry King takes the stand outside the presence of jurors. Testifies that Larry Feldman referred to Janet Arvizo as a "whacko" who wanted money.
à) Neverland maid Maria Gomez takes the stand to testify about a security alarm that sounds when someone approaches Michael Jackson's bedroom saying it's still as loud as ever, despite Star Arvizo's claims he sneaked into the room and witnessed Michael Jackson molest his brother.
à) Mike Radakovich took the stand to testify about the Arvizo's financial records. Said they spent $7,000 of Michael Jackson's money in one week.
à) May 24th: Jay Leno takes the stand. Testifies that he thought Gavin Arvizo was "overly effusive" when he had phone conversations with him a few years ago.Paralegal Mary Holzer testifies that Janet Arvizo told her that her injuries sustained during the JC Penney case were actually at the hands of her ex-husband and that the ARvizos lied to get a financial settlement.Chris Tucker took the stand as the Defence's final witness.
à) Attorneys give closing arguments: Ron Zonen starts Prosecution closing argument. Says Neverland is a sinister place created to groom Michael Jackson's victims.Says Michael Jackson taught the boys about sexual experience and that he was a predator going after the weak family and the weak child.Admits Janet Arvizo committed welfare fraud but says she is a good Mother.Says decade old allegations witnesses should be believed. Attacks credibility of Michael Jackson's lawyers, past and present.Tom Mesereau starts Defence closing argument.Tells jurors whenever a Prosecutor attacks Defence attorneys it shows their case is in trouble. Says a civil case will materialise from any conviction, even on one count. Says Michael Jackson is a victim of money-hungry people and mentions witnesses who have testified who have sued him. Says the Prosecutors put on a barbaric display trying to ruin Michael Jackson's image and credibility by showing his collection of adult material, show his financial records and discuss his supposed "sagging" music career.Indicates to the jury the timeline for molestation is such a ridiculous time to commit the crime when the whole world is watching.Mentions Arvizo's previously lying under oath for financial gain.
