So, Merry Xmas everybody!! ♪(ﾟ▽^*)ﾉ⌒☆

It's been awhile since I last updated, hasn't it? Well, now that I have added some new pictures and have a gorgeous (at least in my opinion xD) new layout, I decided it's time to write something to my journal, too.

And of course one of the reasons to write is Christmas. I just love it. Totally. 100%. I've always been one to celebrate even for the smallest of reasons, so you can guess how much of a Xmas person I am.. ^o^;;

When I was a kid I naturally waited for the evening to come so I's get the present. Nonetheless, I've _never_ believed in Santa Claus - ever. When dad one time played Santa and came in, I shouted: "Daddy comes, daddy comes!" And that was the last time Santa came to our house. XDDD

Nowadays it's more about the preparations of Christmas: cleaning, shopping, cooking, etc. And I can honestly say, I like giving more than receiving. It just gives me such a wonderful feeling to see others happy around me, and to know that I am a part of the reasons for that happiness.

And let's not forget about the feast! Man, do I love Xmas food..! (≧∇≦) I always eat myself to the point I'm seriously gonna blow up. XD

All in all, I spend Christmas very traditionally at grandma's. Yesterday I brought the Xmas tree from our own forest (yes, I carried it from the forest, it was heavy ≧∀≦) and today I decorated it. And about an hour ago I came from Xmas sauna, and - hopefully - soon the Xmas feast will begin. And after that we share the presents. ^-^ Very traditional: just the way I love it. (*^-^)

Tomorrow I'll write some more, because now I need to go and help grandma. Tomorrow I also might list some of the gifts I got.. But probably I won't get anything significant, because I told my parents I really don't need anything special. Yes, for real I've been telling them that. =D I _told you_ I like giving more than receiving. ;3 Besides, I get really embarrassed if I get enormous amounts of presents. -__-;;
