This week I’m going to start my Blog. I really like this idea, because I like writing in general.
I’m a 21 year old girl call Yasmin. I come from the tiny country named Liechtenstein (it is between Austria and Switzerland). If you would like to know more about it, you can ask every time me. (; Since the begging of April this year I’m in Finland. And I’m going to stay for one year. (As far I survive the finish winter. :P)

What am I doing here? That’s actually a good question. I’m doing European Voluntary Service (EVS). I can try to explain you this Service a bit. It is a program form the European Commission, Youth in Action Program.

I think this EVS is a very good opportunity for young people to live in another country. You can do different kind of projects. Depends on what you want and what kind of experience you would like to make. I decided for me to work in a youth centre. I have never worked together with youngsters, but I think I can learn quite a lot. And until now it is fun. I have been in so many different places and all the time I met wonderful people.
If you like to learn something new, also if you like to travel and to meet new people I can really recommend to do this European Voluntary Service.

Last week I started my own club here in the youth centre. The club doesn’t t have a special topic, it is just to do some activities with the people who are coming there. The club is open for new ideas and also for new people to come.
