something akin to the scientific method
and something unseen,
like the night
on the other side,
seems to me,
are the only paths of knowledge

but "scientists" seek theories, not the truth
whereas my eyes only see
(and I feel I wouldn't want to go into that darkness)

and I am
I know
looking
in the wrong directions
for empty revelations
(the ways of the world are no secret
even when we don't know them)
